Shellstep is extremely cautious. She's always peering over her shoulder, whispering things she doesn't want others to hear, and being cautious with her word, for fear that one wrong word will come back to bite her in the future. In the business that she's a part of, this is a trait that is essential to her survival, essential to her well being, and essential to the success of Silentclan. Her cautious nature is where the suffix of her name comes from; she never takes a step without thinking over every inch of it, every breath of it; even the smallest actions are carefully calculated. Those around Shellstep would all tell you one thing in common, and that is that she doesn't seem to ever show any sort of emotion. Her face is always stuck in one position, rarely showing any sort of fear. It's her body language that shows how she feels, and even then figuring out how she feels about something through that can be a difficult task.
